59th floor Luxury apartment with sea View, with 64th floor infinity pool

Good stay Positive: Location, hi rise apartment with beautiful view of Dubai. Cooperative host and staff. Negative: Cutlery like knives and pans are old. Needs replacement. Basic item like scissors were not there. Hope these things are changed or added. Infinity pool is technically not an infinity pool as there good space/gap between wall and pool. Also its mostly occupied by guests of “Malibu”. Either we cause them disturbance or they will make us feel out of place. Timing of pool is also inaccessible. Pool timing is till 7 PM only mostly to accommodate Malibu business but when we come for business stay how can we come so early to swim.

Excellent Positive: Property is clean and with a beautiful dubai skyline view. Negative: Receptionist is kind a rude.

Excellent Staycation place Positive: The place is clean. Great residence. Complete ameneties. Very approachable owner. Thank you Kirill for a great experience. The sea view was amazing. We cooked so we are able to save a lot of money for not buying outside. Nearest store is west zone. Less than 14 mins walk. Pool was great and all are friendly. AC was great, all are clean. Towels and toiletries are provided. If there missing then you can request to Kiril. We are at Floor 59, room 5910. 2bh room apartment. Negative: There are some things that need to be fix but the owner sorted out everything.
